These are new in the crate, 49.9cc street legal, automatic, 4 stroke, electric start, great gas mileage. You will get speeds of 40mph, 100 plus mp gallon of gas. You get the title, bill of sale and any other paper work you may need. This is fully licensable in the State of New York as well as many other states.

They will ask you manufacturer which you will tell me is Huang. The model is HY50QT-5. This model is in their acceptable vehicle record book and they will inform you it is street legal in the State of New York so you may get a road license for it. You do not need a motorcycle permit as the engine does not require a special license as it is under 50 CC.
If you are from another state, select your local DMV office and make the inquiry to see if these are street legal in your county.
When purchasing, choose you choice of one of these colors. Red, Blue, Yellow or Black as well as a second choice of color in case the factory is out of one. You should on average receive your unit in 3-4 working days. They are all the same 49.9cc. Just different color schemes and body styles are some what different, but all at the same budget price. The look is not determind until you open the crate. That we can not specify. You would receive one of the styles...Yes will get one of the colors you pick. 99 percent of the time you get your first choice.
